What the fellowship covers
Tuition & academic costs
Tuition, uniforms, lab and exam fees at institutions with a proven higher-education track record.
Room & board
Fully residential. Fellows live in hostels in Kathmandu throughout the fellowship.
Mentorship
Each fellow is paired with a volunteer young professional in their field of interest.
Training & wellbeing
Interpersonal and professional skills, career support, mental-health resources and life-skills workshops.
Community service
Fellows lead vacation projects each year — in 2024, 18 group projects across 9 districts reaching 550+ people.
Leadership
Fellows run five committees — Digital, Indoor, Outdoor, Fundraising and Library — and help select future cohorts.
A comprehensive, residential model
Fellows begin with a two-year agreement through higher-secondary school, extended to four to five years of support for a Bachelor’s degree. Around 70% of fellows continue to Bachelor’s level.
